HOW TO BOOK
Only per e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) starting from the Monday of the week before the concert. Information can be required by calling +39 043472576 ext. 3 but the reservation must be completed per e-mail.
To track the attendees, the e-mail must include the following information: full name and phone number of each attendee.
In the case of sold-out tickets, a waiting list will be open.
For technical reasons, the seat will be assigned strictly by the ticket clerk, following the order receipt of each reservation. If necessary, at their discretion, the organizers can modify the assigned seat in any moment and without further notice to the spectator. The seat map will be optimized to have seats distanced according to the current legislation and Fazioli's own rules of procedure.
COLLECTING THE TICKETS AND PAYMENTS
Tickets can be collected on the evening of the concert itself from 8:00 pm. Concerts will start at 7:00 pm (payment is possible by cash, debit or credit card). Regarding the concert of IIro Rantala, the access to the Fazioli Concert Hall will be possibile from 8:15 pm (the concert will start at 8:45 pm. Any other information about this concert can be address to the organizers, www.controtempo.org)
We reserve the right not to accept requests by members of the audience who had inappropriate behaviour or disregarded their booking more than twice in a row without informing our reception on time.
RULES FOR THE AUDIENCE
ACCESS TO THE FAZIOLI CONCERT HALL
Only attendees with a confirmed reservation and Staff members are allowed to enter the Fazioli Concert Hall. Companions not previously authorized by the organizers won’t be accepted. Pets, regardless of their size, are not allowed.
After parking, the attendees are asked to follow the Fazioli Concert Hall portico, respecting the distance of at least one meter from the other people possibly in a queue.
Before accessing to the Foyer, a Fazioli staff member will check your temperature. Spectators are asked to refrain from attending the concert if:
- They got in touch with people positive to COVID-19 in the 14 days before the concert (as far as they know).
- In the 14 days before the concert, they come or went to areas considered at risk for the current emergency (according to the WHO recommendations)
- They have a temperature over 37°C and/or sore throat, cough, respiratory distress, loss of taste and smell, muscles or joint pain or any other COVID-19 symptom.

Spectators are asked to pay particular attention to hands hygiene. Hands sanitizers will be available at the entrance, in foyer and restrooms.
It’s mandatory to always respect the distance of at least one meter between each person. Hands -shakes, hugs and any other physical contact is forbidden.
Food and drinks cannot be served.
The cloakroom will not be active. Spectators will be able to use the empty seats next to their own to put down any overcoats
EXIT FROM THE HALL AFTER THE CONCERT
With the aim of not forming groups, you will be asked to carefully follow the instructions of the Fazioli staff
TRACKING THE CONTAGION
Spectators who have accessed the Fazioli Concert Hall are requested to contact us promptly if they test positive for the COVID-19 swab in the 21 days following their visit.
Protection of personal data: Fazioli Concert Hall shall ensure the confidentiality in the treatment of personal data of its audience members, in accordance with the Legislative Decree 196/2003, with exclusive use for communications related to the activity of the concert hall itself.
